Provide a prompt customer experience with excellent verbal/written communication skills to deliver satisfactory solutions to a diverse range of inquiries received via email, web forms, and other digital communication sources. Utilize institutional knowledge and templates to construct a concise and personalized response to our customers, while educating them on their financial journey and self-service options available on www.Northwell.edu. Document each customer's inquiry and utilize various trackers/systems to maintain patient account information. Execute timely and consistent follow up on accounts by leveraging tools and resources provided to you in addition to demonstrating personal organizational skills. · Review and resolve accounts across multiple reports and worklist pools on a regular basis. Act as a liaison across several Northwell Health departments, insurance providers, and other third parties. Maintain Service Level Agreements and satisfactory Key Performance Indicators to ensure both team and individual customer satisfaction goals are met. Supports other areas of Financial Services and provides backup in-bound phone coverage when needed.
