About The Position

Scott Credit Union is calling all customer service professionals who are interested in a full-time Financial Services Representative position in the Ladue, MO area to apply to join our amazing Ladue Branch! This Financial Services Representative position works Monday – Saturday (Saturday rotation as scheduled), with varied hours and schedule depending on operational needs. Financial Services Representatives are one of the primary points of contact for SCU members. They are responsible for creating an exceptional member experience by engaging with members and educating them on the products and services SCU has to offer.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • One year of customer service experience.
  • Personal computer experience, including Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, educate, present and cross sell SCU products and services to new and existing members.
  • Meet individual sales and operational goals and assist the branch team in achieving branch goals.
  • Recognize cross sale opportunities through needs based financial conversations.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of SCU’s member engagement model leveraging technology.
  • Process financial transactions for members including opening and closing of accounts.
  • Input, review, negotiate and close member loan application requests.
  • Process deposits and withdrawals from accounts.
  • Provide various services for members in person, by telephone or by mail.
  • Daily open and close teller terminal, account for cash assigned, received, disbursed.
  • Perform required OFAC screens and comply with BSA requirements.
  • Respond to routine member inquiries regarding account operations.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with members.
  • Operate computer to accurately post transactions and update member account information.
  • Assist others to complete tasks and work assignments.
