About The Position

The Financial Services Representative/Teller at Michigan State University Federal Credit Union is responsible for providing exceptional member service by assisting members with their financial needs, making product recommendations, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Analyze, research, and resolve problems and discrepancies.
• Counsel current and prospective members about Credit Union products and services.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a positive attitude when faced with complex situations.
• Use knowledge and judgment to protect members and the Credit Union from loss.
• Understand and comply with federal regulations and MSUFCU policies.
• Follow safety and security procedures regarding robbery and emergency situations.
• Participate in training activities to ensure compliance with Credit Union policies.
• Manage time efficiently and take initiative within the branch.
• Actively participate in Credit Union initiatives and promotions.
