Responsibilities

• Support Fidelity's customers over the phone by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades.
• Participate in a structured training program to obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses, with all costs covered by Fidelity.
• Spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center during the onboarding process.
• Develop and hone customer service skills by handling increasingly complex customer inquiries.
• Engage in networking and professional development activities, including online classes and collaboration with colleagues.
