The position involves providing quality service to internal and external members both in-person and over the telephone. The employee will perform all duties assigned to the teller and member services areas according to established policies and procedures. This includes maintaining a working knowledge of credit union products and services, promoting them aggressively, and completing outbound calls to generate new services for members. The role also requires balancing daily transactions, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing various operational duties.
