About The Position

As an unlicensed Financial Services Representative at Morgan Stanley, you will utilize your customer service skills and problem-solving abilities to assist clients with their stock portfolios. The role involves engaging with clients through incoming calls, answering their inquiries, and providing solutions tailored to their needs. Morgan Stanley will support your career development by covering the costs for you to obtain your Series 7 & 63 Licenses. You will be expected to maintain high personal integrity and comply with the company's Code of Conduct while working collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office).

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years’ experience working in a call center environment or within a financial institution.
• Experience working on a team in a highly collaborative environment.
• Previous experience meeting sales goals through full-time work or internships.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and determining the best solution for them.
• Educate customers on Morgan Stanley’s competitive advantage and identify additional products they would benefit from.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and identifying new opportunities.
• Follow processes and manage time efficiently throughout the day.
• Continually learn about investments and the financial markets to address individual client investment needs.
• Help identify opportunities to retain clients and minimize risk.
• Connect with other groups to gather information to resolve customer issues.
• Participate in other projects and tasks as needed.
