About The Position
As an unlicensed Financial Services Representative at Morgan Stanley, you will utilize your customer service skills and problem-solving abilities to assist clients with their stock portfolios through incoming calls. The role involves providing excellent customer service, educating clients about Morgan Stanley's offerings, and driving sales by identifying new opportunities. You will also be responsible for managing your time efficiently, maintaining personal integrity, and collaborating with other teams to resolve customer issues. The position offers a comprehensive training program, including obtaining your SIE, Series 7 & 63 Licenses, which will be funded by Morgan Stanley.
