About The Position

The Financial Services Representative at City National Bank of West Virginia is responsible for providing excellent customer service while promoting and selling the bank's products and services. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of demonstrated sales and service skills.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Prior retail loan experience.
• 2+ years of banking experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize tasks.
• Professional dress and demeanor.
• Personal computer proficiency.
• Compliance with Loan Officer Requirements of the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to meet customer needs.
• Promote, sell, and cross-sell bank products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Open and maintain all types of customer product accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for resolving routine and complex problems on customer accounts.
• Assist customers with loan applications and recommend appropriate loan structures.
• Meet minimum production levels for retail loans, checking accounts, and mortgage referrals.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and seek referral resources.
• Refer customers to other departments and business partners as needed.
• Act as the primary branch contact in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Complete all required training within predetermined time limits.
