Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in sales, lending, or personal banking.
  • Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or GED
  • Confidence in sharing products and digital services, not as sales tasks but as ways to genuinely improve the member’s life.
  • Exceptional listening skills, ensuring every conversation feels personalized and members feel valued, not rushed.
  • A naturally warm, friendly, and welcoming presence, members feel comfortable approaching you with questions or concerns.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring applications are complete, documents are accurate, and account updates are handled correctly the first time.

Responsibilities

  • Help members move forward by conducting loan interviews, gathering the right information, and guiding members through the process.
  • Bring clarity during important financial moments by helping members feel informed, confident, and supported.
  • Strengthen member relationships by listening deeply and recommending the right products that build trust and keep members engaged and connected to the credit union.
  • Make banking easier by simplifying the member experience and removing unnecessary friction.
  • Protect the member’s best interest through thoughtful conversations, careful documentation, and effective guidance and solutions.
  • Support the success of the entire branch through cross‑sell recommendations, referrals, and exceptional service that impacts branch goals, member satisfaction, and organizational growth.
