About The Position

As a Financial Services QA Specialist, you will take a forward‑looking, analytical approach to partnering with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. You will conduct quality reviews across financial services processes to promote accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational consistency. This role operates in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment where precision, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to quality are critical to protecting both client interests and organizational integrity.

Requirements

• Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, enhances, and maintains standard operating procedures, policies, and methods across multiple account types and regulatory commissions/authorities.
• Proactively identifies and assesses improvement opportunities (efficiency gains, cost savings, etc.) making recommendations and implementing solutions.
• Provides direction and guidance to educate staff in relation to quality assurance using knowledge of various external legislation/regulations.
• Communicates quality assurance topics such as new processes or procedures and changes to existing processes or procedures when regulations affect documentation and legal procedures.
• Assists with training and applicable quality assurance duties as assigned.
