The Financial Services Officer I will cultivate and develop relationships in an effort to provide service that is meaningful and relevant to the individual member. The FSO I will open accounts, resolve issues, and will provide information and guidance to members on the products and services offered by Alabama ONE. Under general guidance, the FSO I will also consult with members regarding their consumer lending needs, and will analyze loan requests and make credit decisions based on established consumer lending guidelines.
