About The Position

Fibre Federal Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Financial Services Manager to join our team as we expand and open our new Financial Services Center in Ridgefield, WA. Wage Range: $80,168.40 - $118,283.03 annually The range above allows our employees room for growth through annual merit and other pay increases based on performance. The target pay range for this position is typically within the first half of the range. Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications.

Requirements

  • Possess high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience - 3+ years of financial institution experience, with at least 1 year of leadership experience in Financial Services or Credit Union operations.
  • Specific Skills - Attain People Manager Qualification through SHRM within the first year in the position.
  • Must be bondable

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with both staff and the Corporate Education Manager
  • Follow all Cred i t Un i on pol i c i es, procedures, i nternal controls, and Federal and State laws as appl i cable i n performance of all dut i es and respons i b i l i t i es as the F i nanc i al Serv i ces Manager .
  • Mentor and coach ass i gned staff. Mon i tor ass i gned staff's work performance and ma i nta i n adequate unoff i c i al f i le notat i ons. Conduct regular i nd i v i dual meet i ngs w i th ass i gned staff. Prov i de t i mely feedback, pra i se, and encouragement.
  • Promote except i onal performance w i th a member-centr i c m i ndset. Enhance serv i ce, manage staff i ng levels and turnover, and address under-perform i ng employees. Prov i de t i mely feedback and effect i ve solut i ons. Handle any requ i red d i sc i pl i nary act i on for ass i gned staff.
  • Ass i gn the schedule and dut i es for ass i gned employees.
  • Create an aud i t schedule. Ensure serv i ces center and staff aud i ts are performed as necessary to ma i nta i n compl i ance w i th pol i c i es and procedures related to area of respons i b i l i ty.
  • Act i vely part i c i pate i n commun i ty i nvolvement. Dr i ve new member acqu i s i t i on through commun i ty engagement, targeted outreach, and relat i onsh i p bu i ld i ng opportun i t i es. May be requ i red to part i c i pate i n bus i ness development.
  • Ma i nta i n the Cred i t Un i on's fac i l i t i es, brand, and i mage at the serv i ces center locat i on.
  • Assess budget needs for the serv i ces center, i nclud i ng staff i ng needs.
  • Work w i th staff to meet establ i shed i nd i v i dual goals and the goals set for the serv i ces center locat i on, i nclud i ng new accounts and referrals for products and serv i ces.
  • Ma i nta i n Saturday hours and/or staff coverage when needed.
  • Other dut i es as ass i gned.
