Financial Services Communications Specialist

About the position

Baylor University's Enrollment Marketing team is seeking a full-time Financial Services Communication Specialist. This role will assist the Baylor One Stop Financial Services Office to develop, process, and execute its communication strategy including email, website, texting and print marketing. We are seeking an individual who is a self-starter, a critical thinker and is detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process daily One Stop Financial Services communications and verify data accuracy.
• Create and edit content for financial aid communication channels including email, website, texting and print marketing.
• Collaborate with other Enrollment Management teams or on-campus partners to develop and send communications.
• Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission.
• Ability to comply with University policies.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Requirements

• A high school diploma and less than one year of relevant work experience are required.
• An associate's degree and three years of relevant work experience are preferred.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of one another.
• Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis.
