GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The FSA (Teller) is responsible for processing customer transactions in a timely, accurate manner, adhering to established Bank regulations, policies and procedures. Will assist customers on the phone and in person. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to offer our banking products and services to prospects Candidate will possess the ability to develop strong customer relationships. Must be organized, detail-oriented and accurate; possess good oral communications skills and grammar; be professional in appearance, pleasant, courteous, and a good listener.
