We are seeking driven and talented individuals to join our team as Financial Services Associates. This is a unique opportunity to build a rewarding career in financial services, backed by a comprehensive training program and ongoing mentorship. Associates will begin their careers at our headquarters in the Greater Pittsburgh, PA area, where they will complete training and begin working with prospects. Upon promotion, associates will have the opportunity to apply for open positions in various territories across the U.S.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • Life & Health license (required before start)
  • Property & Casualty license (preferred, must obtain within 90 days)
  • Willingness to relocate to Pennsylvania for initial role
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Complete a training program at our headquarters that will include classroom setting training, fieldwork, and mentorship
  • Work with prospects and build relationships within our niche market of dental and medical professionals
  • Deliver presentations and consultative services to prospective clients
  • Prepare and submit insurance and investment applications
  • Maintain detailed activity records and reports
  • Attend trade shows and industry events

Benefits

  • Compensation: $50,000 base salary + performance bonuses
