About the position

Will process customer transactions in a timely, accurate manner, adhering to established Bank regulations, policies and procedures. Will assist customers on the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist customers on the phone and in person.
  • Offer banking products and services to prospects.
  • Develop strong customer relationships.
  • Initiate the HPG sales process when asked about accounts.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
  • Satisfactory record of work performance and adherence to all Bank Policies and Procedures.
  • Post high school education/one year in banking or related field preferred.
