About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
We are looking to expand our financial services team by adding a motivated Financial Services Administrator who is looking to get into a stable industry, join a great team environment, and have opportunities for training and advancement. A successful candidate thrives in a team environment, while being a resourceful, independent, self-starter who can work effectively with minimal direction. This individual will be responsible for a lot of data entry and organization for the accounting team with the following responsibilities:

Requirements

• Excel proficiency, including basic formulas (required).
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Ability to enter data proficiently and accurately with attention to detail.
• High school or equivalent, accounting degree is not required.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with CRM, especially Salesforce, is a plus
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Enter customer invoices in the accounting system.
• Process payments from clients and post in the CRM system.
• Process customer refunds and post in the CRM system.
• Run reports in CRM system, update daily Excel schedules
• Other similar tasks as assigned.
