About The Position

The position involves providing prompt, efficient, and friendly service to all customers while exploring their financial needs to recommend appropriate services and products. The role includes conducting business development visits to promote the bank's services and products, assisting customers with their banking and financial needs, and remaining knowledgeable about products, fees, policies, and current offers to assist customers with product suggestions. Responsibilities also include cash handling, adherence to proper balancing procedures, and accountability for achieving monthly targets. The position requires operating the cash vault according to established policies and procedures, balancing the ATM and coin machine, and assisting customers through the commercial teller window. Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are essential, along with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English
• 3-6 Months experience working in a customer service environment preferred
• 3-6 Months experience handling and balancing large sums of money preferred
• Strong desire and ability to build long term customer relationships through passion, commitment, listening and understanding
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
