Financial Service Representative
About The Position
The Financial Service Representative is responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and friendly service to all customers. This role involves exploring customer financial needs, recommending suitable services and products, and conducting business development visits to promote the bank's offerings. Key duties include assisting customers with banking and financial needs, maintaining knowledge of products, fees, policies, and current offers, and performing cash handling and balancing procedures. The representative is also accountable for achieving monthly targets, operating the cash vault, balancing the ATM and coin machine, and assisting customers at the commercial teller window. Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English
- Strong desire and ability to build long term customer relationships through passion, commitment, listening and understanding
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- 3-6 Months experience working in a customer service environment
- 3-6 Months experience handling and balancing large sums of money
Responsibilities

- Cash handling and adherence to proper balancing procedures
- Accountable for the achievement of monthly targets as assigned
- Operate the cash vault according to established policy and procedures
- Balance the ATM and coin machine
- Assist customers through the commercial teller window
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
- Other duties as assigned
