About The Position

Earthmover Credit Union (ECU) has been proudly serving the community for over 60 years. We are currently looking for a Financial Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service at our Aurora Branch. As the first point of contact for members, you'll assist with their financial needs and address any questions they may have. Your role will be crucial to the success of ECU, offering you the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our members.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
• Ability to become certified as a notary within 12 months
• Previous experience in a credit union or banking setting is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in cash handling
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
• Previous experience in a credit union or banking setting is preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all members
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers
• Educate members on our products and services
• Open new accounts and assist with loan applications
• Reconcile cash drawer daily
• Address and resolve member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Adhere to procedures and protocols to maintain the security of member information and funds
