Our Opportunity We're hiring a full time Financial Service Representative to join our Emerald Branch! Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in: Cash handling
• 2+ years' experience in: Customer service
• 2+ years' experience in: Sales and cross-selling experience
• Minimum of high school diploma or GED
• Physical requirements include moving frequently and regularly using wrists, hands, and or fingers; speaking clearly, hearing and understanding; visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents; should be able to exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional in-branch customer experience by handling member needs from sales to service.
• Perform teller transactions, open new accounts, take loan applications, complete loan closings, and everything in-between.
• Recommend appropriate financial products and services to members
• Provide expertise on a variety of complex credit union services such as IRAs, share certificates, electronic funds transfer, online banking, etc.
