About The Position

We are seeking a Financial Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to investors by assisting with account inquiries, processing transactions, and guiding them toward decisions aligned with their financial goals!

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-service-oriented role (retail, food service, call center, etc.).
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and compassion.
• Excellent problem-solving skills; comfortable finding answers using available resources.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self-manage.
• Career-minded with ambition to grow within the company.
• Solid work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Support investors by answering questions about accounts and online platforms.
• Process transactions including purchases, redemptions, and exchanges over the phone.
• Assist investors in navigating and troubleshooting website or online account issues.
• Provide guidance to help investors make informed decisions based on their account objectives.
