About The Position

Proactively offers products and services as solutions to Member needs that result in sales and referrals to business partners such as MABS, New Accounts and Investment Services. Accurately, with attention to detail, takes consumer loan applications, ensuring that all CCCU and Compliance policies, guidelines and regulations are being followed and adhered to. Collects, Reviews and Signs consumer loans documents in accordance with CCCU and Compliance policies, guidelines and regulations Actively manages his/her loan pipeline, ensuring that Member loan requests are followed up on, addressed and closed in a timely manner. Proactively communicates with Members via phone, email, SMS, and video so that they are aware of the status of their loan requests, any additional information needed, and the decision of the loan request. Offers and places additional ancillary loan products such as GAP, Extended Warranty, Debt Protection and Mechanical Maintenance. Annual goals are associated with these products, as well as loan volume and accuracy. Works as part of an in-branch and remote TEAM to ensure that Members and co-workers are assisted in a “Service First” manner. Produces quality work efficiently and free from errors. Research, troubleshoot and resolve Member loan inquiries. Follows guidelines and policies such as Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act and Office of Foreign Assets Control, CIP, Reg CC, B, D, E and Z intended to limit risk and exposure for the organization and its members. Types of risk include fraudulent transactions, account fraud or mishandling, compliance with policies, security guidelines and the organization’s reputation. Provides member service in accordance with CCCU standards. Establishes relationships with Members so that CCCU is their first choice when considering lending options. Ability to attain goals as set by Management on a consistent and continual basis. Work location will be Rancho and remote.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of consumer lending or credit qualifying experience.
