Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' related customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technologically proficient.
  • Friendly, conversational, and trustworthy.
  • Passionate and sincerely concerned for others.
  • Knowledgeable of financial industry models and products.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an advocate and financial expert dedicated to helping members achieve their financial goals.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with members to better understand their financial needs.
  • Build positive relationships and earn member trust to retain long-term connections.
  • Understand Arkansas Federal products and services to enhance the member experience.
  • Use a proven model to identify members' needs in order to make financial recommendations.
  • Maintain member accounts.
  • Guide and assist members and business partners through loan applications and other member requests.
