About The Position
Goldenwest Credit Union is a premier non-profit financial cooperative dedicated to providing exceptional member service to our members in Utah and Idaho. As a Financial Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting members and prospective members with various financial transactions, including currency transactions, opening new accounts, and addressing consumer loan needs. This part-time position offers a guaranteed base wage of $15 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives based on performance. The typical work schedule includes Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, totaling approximately 25 hours per week. In this role, you will be expected to cultivate and manage long-term, trusting relationships with members, ensuring their financial needs are met with professionalism and care. You will complete teller transactions, process consumer loan applications, and provide consistent follow-up to ensure member satisfaction. Compliance with all regulations as required by law is essential, and you will also be encouraged to participate in continuing education related to your career development within the credit union.
