In this role, you’ll assist members with complex transactions, guide them through their financial journeys, and proactively promote products and services that meet their needs, while ensuring every interaction reflects our mission and values. You will take the lead in creating exceptional member experiences through consultative conversations, teamwork, and a commitment to service excellence.   • A High School Diploma or GED is required to ensure you have the foundational skills to empower you to perform successfully in this role.
  • At least one year of hands-on experience in customer service, retail, banking, or financial services.
  • Available to work Saturdays so members get the support they need when it’s most convenient for them.
