The Financial Service Representative I plays an essential role in delivering outstanding service and building trusted relationships with our members. In this role, you’ll assist members and prospective members with their financial needs, guide them through our products and services, and help them take meaningful steps toward financial well-being while reflecting the mission and values of Securityplus.   • Excellent Communication Skills: You’re a natural communicator, making it easy for members to understand complex financial information, no matter the platform—be it face-to-face, over the phone, or in writing. You create a warm, welcoming environment that fosters trust and builds member loyalty with every interaction.
  • Executing Transactions with Precision: Accurately process a wide range of transactions—payments, card orders, and digital banking requests—with a strong focus on efficiency, precision, and attention to detail, ensuring seamless service for every member interaction.

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required to ensure you have the foundational skills to empower you to perform successfully in this role.
  • At least one year of hands-on experience in customer service, retail, banking, or financial services.
  • Available to work Saturdays so members get the support they need when it’s most convenient for them.
