What You’ll Do As an FSR at Innovations, you’ll be a frontline ambassador delivering exceptional service: Member Relationships & Accounts Open and maintain deposit, business, and IRA accounts Understand member needs and recommend solutions Lending Support & Consultation Assist with loan applications and basic lending guidance FSR III supports coaching within the team Transactions & Service Delivery Accurately process member transactions Maintain cash drawer balance and compliance Team Engagement & Development Participate in ongoing training Contribute to branch goals and promotional campaigns Operational Excellence Uphold branch standards and service expectations Growth Path At Innovations, your role can evolve.
