About The Position

The Financial Services Representative I at KeyPoint Credit Union is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and cross-selling the credit union's products and services. This entry-level position focuses on building member relationships, achieving sales goals, and maintaining compliance with operational processes. The representative will also participate in community events to enhance the credit union's visibility and support growth objectives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months customer service and cash handling experience in a retail environment.
• Strong organization and verbal communication skills.
• Quality service and team orientation required.
• Basic PC and iPad skills are desired.

Responsibilities

• Achieves minimum sales goals as established by management.
• Builds member relationships through selling and referring credit union products and services to meet members' financial needs.
• Maintains knowledge of all KeyPoint Credit Union deposit products, services, procedures, and compliance regulations.
• Participates in obtaining individual and team sales and referral goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Adheres to established policies and procedures for controlling cash funds assigned to the position.
• Maintains members' confidentiality at all times.
• Performs teller transactions as requested by members.
• Balances cash drawer and performs all end-of-the-day functions.
