About The Position

Overview Primarily responsible for rate sheet, secondary market reporting, supporting lock desk work-flow by utilizing the pricing engine and investor websites. Responsible for supporting secondary market functions regarding reporting, policies, procedures and implementation with all guidelines set forth. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, business or related field or equivalent related experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer and data entry skills
• Broad knowledge of spreadsheet database, word processing and MS Office software.
• 1 - 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Mortgage industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lock loan rates and pricing with investors for individual loans.
• Monitor margins to insure target margins are met on an individual loan basis.
• Monitor secondary marketing in-box and respond to emails in a timely and accurate manner.
• Answer phone calls and voice-mails in a timely and accurate manner.
• Supports origination channels throughout loan process on pricing and lock policy questions and concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.
