About The Position

As a Financial Representative at Fidelity Investments, you will play a crucial role in shaping the branch atmosphere and serving as the official face of Fidelity. Your integrity and honesty will inspire client dedication and engagement, fostering long-lasting positive relationships with clients. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, while also working towards obtaining necessary FINRA licenses.

Requirements

• Customer service, phone, or financial services experience.
• Banking, insurance, or financial experience is preferred.
• Ability to learn and obtain Series 7 and 66 FINRA licenses.
• Degree or professional certifications are helpful; Tuition Reimbursement is available.

Nice To Haves

• CFP certification or relevant degree.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and contribute to branch success.
• Assist clients with compliance and front lobby transactions.
• Act as a technology champion for the branch, adopting and sharing new technologies.
• Participate in training and onboarding to enhance skills and knowledge.
