As a Financial Representative, you make a key impact on the branch atmosphere, as the official face of Fidelity. Through integrity and honesty, we know you will inspire client dedication and engagement to develop long-lasting positive relationships with Fidelity.

Requirements

• Customer service, phone, or financial services experience.
• Banking, insurance, or financial experience is preferred.
• Ability to learn and obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• Degree and/or other professional certifications are helpful.

Nice To Haves

• CFP certification.
• Experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Have rewarding interactions with clients.
• Serve as a subject matter specialist in compliance and all front lobby transactions.
• Partner and contribute to branch success by identifying opportunities to deepen relationships.
• Support Fidelity's most valuable clients daily.
• Identify leads and make effective introductions to impact the success of the branch.
• Act as a technology champion for the branch, adopting and sharing new technology.
