Requirements

  • Customer service, phone, or financial services experience.
  • Banking, insurance, or financial experience is an excellent addition.
  • Ability to learn the FINRA licensing material and work to obtain the Series 7 and 66 licenses.
  • Degree and/or other professional certifications are helpful.

Nice To Haves

  • CFP certification.
  • Experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

  • Have rewarding interactions with clients.
  • Serve as a subject matter specialist in compliance and all front lobby transactions.
  • Partner and contribute to branch success by identifying opportunities to deepen relationships.
  • Offer support to Fidelity's most valuable clients daily.
  • Identify leads and make effective introductions to impact the success of the branch.
  • Act as a technology champion for the branch, adopting and sharing new technology with the team.
