Summary The Senior Manager of Financial Reporting is responsible for leading the preparation, review, and coordination of external financial reporting deliverables, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, earnings releases, and related supporting documentation. This role ensures accuracy, compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements, and timely execution of all reporting deadlines under the direction of the Corporate Controller. The position serves as a key accounting and disclosure resource, partnering with internal stakeholders, external auditors, legal counsel, and senior leadership to support high-quality financial reporting and strong internal controls.
