We're looking for a Financial Reporting Manager who thrives in complex environments and is ready to take ownership of key reporting, tax, and modeling functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in financial reporting or public accounting (banking preferred)
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, SEC, OCC, and Fed reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory filings (OCC, Fed), financial statements, and SEC reports (10-Q, 10-K)
• Manage the Allowance for Credit Loss (ACL) process
• Oversee corporate income tax provisions and compliance
• Support the research and implementation of new accounting standards and SEC regulations
• Guide and mentor a team of financial analysts
