Financial Reporting Analyst
About The Position
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of annual and quarterly financial reports in compliance with US GAAP, SEC and other financial reporting requirements Prepare required supporting schedules and documents and assess financial reporting information received from other functional areas and service providers Draft financial statement footnotes Assist in implementation and compliance with new and proposed accounting and reporting standards Complete account reconciliations on complex areas of accounting 5+ years of Mutual Fund Financial reporting experience To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
