As a Financial Relationship Banker at Huntington, you will be part of a welcoming and inclusive team environment where you are empowered every day to help our customers achieve their financial goals. This role is crucial in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with both consumer and business customers. You will be responsible for proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your contributions will directly impact our customers, our bank, and our communities for the better. In this position, you will provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues. You will proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, and a disciplined sales process. Additionally, you will engage in a new customer follow-up program and source referrals from customers, bank colleagues, and partners. Educating customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology, including online, mobile, and ATM banking, will also be a key part of your responsibilities. You will need to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all products, services, technology, and policies to effectively serve our customers. Adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures is essential to ensure compliance and safeguard customer information. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support the branch's objectives and customer needs.
