Job Description The Financial & Regulator Reporting Senior Associate is responsible for preparing SEC regulatory filings, financial statements, and Board of Directors reporting for assigned Clients within the Alternative Investments Department. This role ensures accurate and timely delivery of Client reporting, regulatory compliance, and financial information while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned fund Clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a business-related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of related experience, preferably in portfolio/partnership accounting, finance or portfolio management

  • Expertise in accounting, reporting, and analysis
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, deliver high-quality work and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Leadership experience with mentoring or guiding junior staff
  • Advanced problem-solving and process improvement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to expert Excel skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to learning complex concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, navigation skills using a various of software packages

Responsibilities

  • Preparing SEC regulatory filings
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Preparing Board of Directors reporting for assigned Clients within the Alternative Investments Department
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of Client reporting, regulatory compliance, and financial information
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned fund Clients.
