About The Position
Ondo Finance is formalizing its Finance function as it grows. The Financial Planning and Operations Manager (FP&O Manager) will be responsible for all financial planning and operations activities. Initially, the role will report directly to Ondo’s Chief of Staff, who oversees the Finance function. Ondo is a fast-paced creative problem-solving and detail-oriented culture. Ondo colleagues are very collegial and highly competent and embrace rapid change. Candidates who share those traits and have experience in financial services and digital assets specifically will likely ramp up more quickly.
