About The Position
As a member of Cassaday & Company, a top wealth management firm in the country and Virginia’s #1 financial advisor, the Financial Planning Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the firm’s financial planning efforts. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies, managing, training and developing the financial planning department and servicing all financial advisors of the firm. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in wealth management, financial planning, tax strategy, and regulatory compliance, with strong leadership skills to drive the firm's growth and service excellence. The Financial Planning Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations & Client Experience, and will have daily interaction with senior executives, internal departments, and our clientele.
