About The Position

The role of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) stands as a beacon of insight and strategy. More than just numbers on a spreadsheet, FP&A is the driving force behind informed decision-making, strategic planning, and financial success. In this position, you will support the monthly closing process, including journals, analysis, and reporting. You will oversee and analyze cost expenditures and purchases within the organization, ensuring that financial resources are utilized effectively. Additionally, you will support the monthly preparation and submission of forecasts and the annual planning cycle, which are critical for aligning financial resources with organizational objectives. You will also oversee and analyze the Cabin Integration program portfolio, which involves managing various aspects of financial performance related to this program. As the inventory lead, you will be responsible for monthly inventory reporting, cycle counts, and E&O reviews, which are essential for maintaining accurate financial records. Furthermore, you will support ad-hoc analysis for interdepartmental collaboration, providing insights that drive strategic decisions. Lastly, you will support SOX/internal control procedures, ensuring compliance and integrity in financial reporting.
