About The Position

This position has an important role in supporting the local and regional team with all financial information related to FP&A area. This is a great opportunity to work in an international environment with the possibility of participating in the management of cluster and regional organization. The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Lead play a critical role in driving the financial strategy and performance of our home appliance business. This position is responsible for managing the financial planning processes, providing financial modeling and analysis support, and contributing to strategic decision-making. A strong financial acumen, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling areas (FP&A, accounting, cost).
  • Ability to transform data to information and to generate analysis getting conclusions from the reports.
  • Understand financial reporting, accounting, planning and economics.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the FP&A area within the Business Controller Division, reporting functionally to Latam Headquarters.
  • Lead and support the development of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario planning. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive leadership. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and performance measurement.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements. Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgets.
  • Collaborate with business units to provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives, including new product launches and market expansion.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulatory changes. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Consolidate cluster information and generate comprehensive management analysis, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements by business, brand, product line, and customer.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration across multiple teams, including finance, marketing, operations, and sales, to ensure alignment on financial goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Continuously update and analyze cluster KPIs to provide clear and concise insights to the management team.
  • Have a clear visibility/understanding of the Net Assets, Working Capital and Cash Flow figures by country and total cluster.
  • Generate the VPM (Volume, Price and Mix) calculation and analysis according to the company methodology.
