About The Position
At Grow Financial Federal Credit Union, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our members and fostering a collaborative work environment. As a Financial Analyst intern on the Financial Planning and Analysis team, you will play a crucial role in supporting analytical activities related to our consumer and commercial lending products, including auto loans, real estate, and credit cards, as well as expense analysis. This position is designed for students who are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance from an accredited institution. You will have the opportunity to work with large datasets across multiple systems, synthesizing this information into actionable insights that will aid in financial planning and decision-making processes. The internship will commence in October 2024, and you will be expected to work under general supervision while learning the intricacies of financial analysis within a credit union setting. Collaboration with various departments is a key aspect of this role, as you will frequently engage with credit union personnel to gather insights and share findings. We value flexibility and understand the importance of balancing work with academic commitments, which is why we offer a remote work environment with the option to work from our headquarters or retail locations. Normal working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with a maximum of 29 hours per week, allowing you to tailor your schedule around your school commitments.
