Alera Group is looking for a Financial Planning and Advisor Support Specialist. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Motivated, goal-driven professional with strong communication and follow-through skills; financial industry experience preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel), Salesforce, and data management tools preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare risk reports, income analyses, and client-facing deliverables for prospective and existing client meetings
- Manage and maintain accurate Salesforce records, client files, and documentation to meet federal regulatory requirements
- Support advisors and the specialist team by producing additional analysis reports and assisting with departmental tasks as needed
