About The Position

This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of our Corporate Headquarters location in Lancaster, PA or our location in Reading, PA. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and deliver prospective financial analysis models, budgets, forecasts and reporting in support of business planning and management decisions. The position will be aligned to a major business segment within Fulton Bank and will provide recommendations under general direction of the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. Incumbents will work closely with FP&A team members and lines of business to successfully achieve common goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Finance, Accounting or other applicable. (Required)
  • 3 or more years corporate Financial Planning or Accounting. (Required)
  • Willingness to take on new tasks and the ability to efficiently manage competing priorities (Required)
  • Exposure to financial modeling skills (Required)
  • Possess interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-organizational relationships (Required)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills (Required)
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and patterns (Required)
  • Proficiency in PC based applications including the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) (Required)
  • Knowledge of planning and reporting systems such as Essbase or Workday (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • 1 or more years banking or financial services. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Source, compile, analyze and present financial information, develop forecasts, models and other reporting as directed, provide recommendations for business planning
  • Produce standard and ad-hoc reporting, engage Financial Planning and segment leaders to provide interpretation, clarification and ensure accuracy, make adjustments as directed
  • Develop relationships with key members of assigned line of business creating collaboration and synergy as a valued partner
  • Take a leadership role in maintaining and improving existing reports in both formatting and content
  • Drive process efficiencies to focus on key deliverables creating value for key stakeholders
  • Participate in team efficiency, reporting enhancements and systems initiatives
