Financial Planning Analyst

We are hiring a Manager, FP&A to drive financial planning, reporting, and strategic insights. This is a high-impact role working directly with the CFO and senior leadership to support decision-making and business growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/BI tools preferred
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Clear communication and a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree required; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred

Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Build and maintain financial models for strategic decisions
- Analyze performance and provide actionable insights
- Prepare board and leadership presentations
- Improve FP&A processes and reporting efficiency
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, HR, and Supply Chain
