Build your Career. Make a Difference. Presbyterian is hiring a skilled Financial Planning Analyst to develop, review, interpret, and analyze financial data for administration, management and external agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or relevant field required.
  • Three (3) years of health care finance experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills/capabilities and good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products and other analytical tools.
  • Demonstrates ability to function as a key contributor for tasks or projects while managing multiple tasks and meeting established deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, with coworkers, staff, and management.
  • Interprets, prepares, and presents data in a way that’s easily understood by various audiences.
  • Works well independently and in teams; adaptable to changing assignments and environments.
  • Builds strong working relationships across disciplines with varying technical and business expertise.
  • Maintains data integrity through audits, evaluations, and proper use of support systems.
  • Applies analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and communicate solutions effectively.
  • Provides ad hoc financial analysis and data solutions to support performance and improvement initiatives.
  • Supports budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for departments and insurance lines of business.
  • Enhances financial tools and educates staff on systems, data interpretation, and process improvements.
  • Performs additional duties as needed, including cross-training and support across functions.
