About The Position

The Advanced Develop Program Line of Business is looking for a motivated business management professional who has experience in aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), Supply Chain Management, or Program Finance to work on several classified programs. The candidate will serve as a team lead and will work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with other Finance and Business functions, Supply Chain Management, Program Management, Business Development and other functions as appropriate to coordinate and execute strategic goals. The candidate will lead a team of individuals in various facets including but not limited to: financial planning and analysis and implementing strategic program financial plans, material finance management, and new business operations. The candidate will be able to understand the vision of the business area and utilize their analytical skills to help leadership accomplish the strategic goals. You’re a strategic, results-driven finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, mission-focused environments and enjoys leading teams through complex, high-impact work. You bring strong experience in FP&A, Program Finance, and/or Supply Chain Finance, and you’re comfortable navigating classified or highly regulated programs with discretion and sound judgment. You think beyond the numbers, using data and insight to influence decisions, shape long-range plans, and drive business outcomes. Known for your collaborative leadership style, you build strong partnerships across Finance, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Business Development, and you’re energized by tackling ambiguity, improving processes, and helping leaders turn strategy into execution.

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Finance or related field
  • Experience leading a team

Nice To Haves

  • Business Management, FP&A, Program Finance, or SCM experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Tableau or financial modeling experience
  • Ability to multi-task and take on challenging assignments
  • Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver

Responsibilities

  • Long Range Planning – Pricing/estimating future Orders, Sales, Earnings, and Cash
  • Managing Cash and FEA across the portfolio
  • Supplier proposals, negotiations, and payment plans
  • Prepare, analyze, and report/present program level financial performance to F&BO
  • Support Ad Hoc financial analysis requests from internal and external customers
