About The Position

We are building a customer-focused, tech-enabled, and innovation-driven business that will scale rapidly through accretive M&A, organic growth, and greenfield expansion. Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry. We are seeking an Analyst II to join our Corporate FP&A team. This role will partner closely with finance leadership and business stakeholders to provide insights that drive performance. The ideal candidate has a solid grounding in financial analysis and accounting principles, a strong analytical mindset, the ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely, and a mindset of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • A strong commitment to growth, learning, and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cash flow and working capital management
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, etc).
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the monthly close, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes.
  • Build and maintain financial models to analyze performance and key business metrics.
  • Partner with regional business leaders to deliver variance analyses, identify trends, and propose actionable insights.
  • Prepare management reporting decks and performance reviews for senior leadership.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Contribute to ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
