About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis Associate to join our Finance team. This role is integral to supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes in a dynamic manufacturing and biotechnology environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive strategic decisions and operational improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles; experience in manufacturing preferred.
Strong Excel skills and comfort building and maintaining financial models.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and ability to extract and analyze financial and operational data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and management of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Analyze monthly and quarterly results, producing variance analyses and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Partner with operations, R&D, and commercial teams to understand cost drivers and provide financial support for decision-making.
Create and maintain financial models to support business planning, capital investments, and product cost analysis.
Develop management reporting packages, dashboards, and KPIs tailored to the needs of a manufacturing and biotech operation.
Support the continuous improvement of financial systems and reporting tools, particularly within Microsoft Dynamics and related BI tools.
Assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership, board meetings, and other key stakeholders.
Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
